These agencies include: the State Highway Administration, Maryland Port Administration, Maryland Aviation Administration, Maryland Transit Administration, Motor Vehicle Administration and the Maryland Transportation Authority. With all these transportation modes working together, MDOT is committed to advancing and transforming the state’s transportation system by incorporating the Moore-Miller administration’s four E’s – equity, economic opportunity, engagement and the environment.
